By purchasing or using any SaaSbyShelfy product, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
1. About SaaSbyShelfy
SaaSbyShelfy is operated by Shelfy, based in Auckland, New Zealand. We sell digital educational products including PDF guides and software source code under a white-label licence.
2. Products
We offer three digital products:
- Non-Coder's SaaS Playbook ($29) — PDF blueprint and hands-on guide for building a SaaS using AI tools
- Invoice SaaS in 24 Hours ($49) — complete source code for a live invoicing SaaS platform
- Complete Bundle ($69) — all products combined at a discounted price
All products are delivered digitally via download link sent to the email address used at checkout.
3. Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable white-label licence to:
- Use the materials for your own SaaS business
- Customise and rebrand the source code under your own brand
- Deploy the platform and charge your own customers
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the source code or PDF materials as a template, product, or download
- Claim authorship of the original codebase
- Sub-licence the materials to third parties
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days via Telegram and we will resolve it.
5. Accuracy of Information
The products reflect the real-world SaaS built by SaaSbyShelfy at the time of creation. Technology stacks, pricing, and third-party services may change over time. We do not guarantee that all instructions will work identically in the future as platforms and APIs evolve.
Income figures mentioned on the site represent the founder's own results and are not a guarantee of your results. Individual outcomes depend on effort, market conditions, and execution.
6. Intellectual Property
All written content, design, and materials on this site remain the intellectual property of SaaSbyShelfy. The source code is licenced (not sold) as described in Section 3.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSbyShelfy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8. Third-Party Services
Our products reference third-party services (Firebase, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with or responsible for those services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated date. Existing purchasers retain the terms in effect at the time of their purchase.
